Sizes run small because of the tighter fabric used for these slips.  This fabric was chosen to hold your insulin pump (or other medical device) securely in place, making it so your device doesn't bounce around a lot when you walk. If you are a 28" waist in "regular" clothes or jeans, but have more curvy hips or backside, the 30" waist size slip would likely work best for you, depending on how tight you prefer your slips to fit. If the slip is too tight, the hemline tends to ride up when we walk, making for a less than optimal experience.  It is suggested to order a size up if you have curvier hips and bum.

Size 28" in white and sizes 30" , 32" , 36" & 38" in either color option are being manufactured now and will be shipped out in early 2026.

Best product ever

I own two in different colors. These are the best products ever for a Type 1 Diabetic. Wore the white one for my wedding day stayed on me all night.

The skirt my pump slip is awesome. Now I can wear skirts and dresses comfortably. However, I wish the slip was more “breathable” while still having its same durability.

I am so much in love with this skirt - after 22 years I do not have to wonder where to wear my pump under a dress anymore, just because I would like to bolus without leaving the table or nearly undressing at a restaurant - unfortunately I ordered before Black Friday and also the shipping costs und taxes are extremely high to Germany :'( this has to be my own Christmas gift now... and maybe next year I can also afford a white one!? Would also love nude ones, so that nothing shines through thinner dresses- just an idea ;)
