Each slip has four elastic loops at the hemline; one at the front center, one on the left, one on fht right and one on the back center of the slip. When the slip / pump pocket is folded up and under, the four elastic loops line up with four buttons on the inside of the slip, about halfway between the waistline and hemline. Secure each elastic loop over the corresponding button and voila, the slip is now shorter and the higher zipper pocket of the main pump pocket may now be used to hold and access your insulin pump, comfortably...
